In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777i," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 777i platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities operating under the 777i international gaming license.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a 777i account, or who accesses any part of the 777i platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 777i website at 777i.im, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any application or interface through which 777i services are delivered.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account held on the 777i platform, including the associated PKR wallet, transaction history, bonus balance, and Coin rewards balance.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by 777i that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as real money.
• "Coin" refers to 777i's loyalty reward currency, earned through qualifying wagering activity and redeemable in accordance with the separate 777i Coin Terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC verification, required to activate full account functionality on 777i.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law and where 777i does not accept registrations.

By creating a 777i account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 777i platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the 777i platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777i with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

To register and maintain a 777i account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which participation in online casino or sports betting activities is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777i or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 777i account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777i reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held therein, and permanently ban the player from the platform upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change.

KYC Verification: 777i is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding platform-defined thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may additionally require a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by 777i may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777i account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 777i will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.

777i shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Accepted Payment Methods: 777i currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your 777i account. 777i does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the 777i cashier at the time of deposit. 777i does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 15 minutes of approval
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: within 30 to 60 minutes of approval during banking hours
• SadaPay: within 15 to 30 minutes of approval
• USDT TRC20: within 1 to 3 blockchain confirmations following dispatch

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the 777i cashier section. 777i reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple instalments over successive business days without affecting the total amount payable.

777i offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. 777i reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

777i Coin Rewards: The 777i Coin loyalty programme rewards players with Coin credits for qualifying real-money wagering activity across all eligible games and sports markets. Coins accumulate in your account and may be redeemed in accordance with the published Coin redemption schedule. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise exchanged outside the 777i platform. 777i reserves the right to adjust Coin earning rates, redemption values, and programme structure at any time with reasonable notice.

All games available on the 777i platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game apparatus operated by human dealers. 777i does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slots and table games are independently certified and are disclosed within the game information panel.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on 777i cricket, PSL, and other sporting markets are settled in accordance with 777i's published sportsbook rules. In the event of a match abandonment, walkover, or result reversal by the relevant sporting authority, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rule for that event type.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game in progress, 777i reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return all staked amounts to the player. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous game state — including but not limited to a software bug that displays an incorrect jackpot amount — will not be honoured and shall be void.

Lucky Bingo: Lucky Bingo games are governed by the specific Lucky Bingo room rules displayed prior to purchase of bingo tickets. Room schedules, jackpot structures, and ticket prices may vary by room and are subject to change with notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777i platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed via 777i
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display bugs to obtain winnings or credits not legitimately earned
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or processing deposits on behalf of a third party
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that 777i reasonably suspects constitutes a financial crime
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777i staff or other players through any communication channel
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any 777i intellectual property without prior written authorisation

777i reserves the right to take any of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct, without prior notice: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including real money and bonus funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

All content on the 777i platform — including but not limited to the 777i logo, brand name, website design, user interface layout, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777i platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777i content; scrape or systematically extract data from the 777i platform; or reverse-engineer any software used to deliver the 777i platform.

Any unauthorised use of 777i intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777i's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777i shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 777i had been advised of the possibility thereof:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or business opportunity
• Loss of data or corruption of stored information

• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 777i's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or third-party service provider failures
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

Closure by Player: You may close your 777i account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real money balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus balance being forfeited.

Closure by 777i: 777i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring 777i to close the account

Dormant Accounts: If your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. 777i will notify you by email prior to applying dormant account administration fees as permitted by applicable law. Real money balances in dormant accounts remain withdrawable upon account reactivation and completed KYC.

777i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, account decision, or any other matter connected with 777i, you must follow the procedure below:
